By default, SprintWork blocks access to popular platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and others through a fully customizable list of websites. This list can be tailored in three distinct modes: a block list, an allow list, or complete restriction of all internet activity. Each mode can be fine-tuned to activate at specific times of the day or on particular days of the week, with the added feature of locking the settings for a designated period to prevent alterations.

Beyond its capacity to block online distractions, SprintWork also has the ability to limit or restrict the use of desktop games and applications, while tracking the time spent on each program. It logs essential data such as active usage time, total runtime, start and stop times, and records every window title each program displayed during use.
